ATAAD

Ethics & Compliance

ATAAD expects lawful, responsible and professional conduct throughout its operations and supply relationships. This draft sets the intended public principles; it does not replace applicable law, contract requirements, due-diligence procedures or controlled internal policies.

Integrity and anti-bribery

Bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments, fraud, extortion and improper influence are not acceptable. Gifts, hospitality, sponsorships, charitable contributions and the use of intermediaries should be proportionate, transparent, accurately recorded and never used to obtain an improper advantage. Suspected misconduct should be escalated without retaliation through an authorised channel.

Sanctions, export control and end use

ATAAD and relevant counterparties are expected to comply with applicable sanctions, export-control, import, customs, licensing and end-use requirements. No website enquiry or commercial urgency removes the need to identify the parties, destination, product or technical-data classification, end user and intended end use, and to obtain required approvals before controlled activity proceeds.

Fair competition and conflicts of interest

Business should be pursued honestly and in accordance with applicable competition and procurement rules. Actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest should be disclosed so they can be assessed and managed. Confidential competitor, customer or government information must not be sought or used improperly.

Human rights and working conditions

ATAAD’s intended standard is respect for human dignity, lawful employment, non-discrimination, safe working conditions and the prohibition of forced labour, human trafficking and unlawful child labour. Supply-chain concerns should be evaluated proportionately to product, geography, supplier and operating context.

Responsible sourcing, quality and traceability

Suppliers should provide accurate information about origin, materials, subcontracting, specifications, quality controls and required evidence. Falsified records, unauthorised substitutions and concealment of material non-conformity are unacceptable. Environmental and social considerations should be evaluated alongside safety, legal, quality and operational requirements.

Information, privacy and security

Personal information, confidential business information and government or customer material should be accessed only for an authorised purpose and protected according to its classification. Public website forms are limited to non-sensitive enquiries. Classified, export-controlled or operationally sensitive information requires a separately authorised channel and handling process.

Raising a concern

Concerns about conduct connected with ATAAD may be raised through the Contact page without including restricted information. The approved production procedure should identify the responsible recipient, confidentiality safeguards, investigation ownership, record-retention rules and protection against retaliation. This draft does not publish an unverified hotline or reporting address.

Supplier and partner expectations

Suppliers, advisers, agents and other counterparties may be required to complete proportionate due diligence, accept contractual compliance obligations, maintain accurate records and cooperate with legitimate review. A failure to meet applicable legal or contractual requirements may affect onboarding, engagement or continuation of the relationship.
